What to know before you swap

  • Swaps are irreversible once your deposit confirms. Check the receiving address and its network carefully — funds sent to the wrong network cannot be recovered.
  • We route through third-party exchange partners. They run their own compliance checks and can pause an individual swap for review; if that happens, your status page will say so.
  • Floating rates move with the market between your deposit and settlement. Fixed rates lock the amount but cost more, and need a refund address.
